Kale Noodle with Sesame Sauce

Nothing like a hearty plate of noodles on long days, hard days and happy days. An easy, no fuss and delicious week-day meal. Can life get any better than this?

  • Large pot of water

  • Tempeh cubes

  • 2 heads of kale

  • Noodles (of your choice)

  • 1 tablespoon of oil

  • 1 tablespoon of soy sauce

  • Salt and pepper

  • Sesame seeds

  • Sesame oil (optional)

  1. Firstly, boil the water

  2. Add noodles into the same pot of boiling water

  3. Next, drop the kale in the same pot

  4. Drain and keep aside

  5. Stir fry tempeh cubes until it turns golden brown

  6. Now, make your noodle sauce – 1 tablespoon of sesame oil and 1 tablespoon of soy sauce

  7. Add salt and pepper.

  8. Pour the sauce dressing on the kale noodles and sprinkle roasted black sesame seeds.

  9. Top this with the tempeh cubes

  10. Dash of sesame oil (optional)

  11. Toss and enjoy!
